Controller and contact

RoboFutur determines the purposes of the processing described below. For any data-related question or request, email [email protected].

Technical data and hosting

The website is static and requires no user account. Cloudflare may process technical data needed to secure and deliver it, including IP addresses, routing data, system configuration and traffic information. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

Audience measurement and consent

Audience tools load only after you consent through the privacy banner. RoboFutur uses Plausible and may enable Google Analytics 4 or Google Tag Manager when their identifiers are configured. Your choice is stored locally in your browser under the key rf_consent_v1. You can change it through the “Your privacy” link in the footer or by clearing this site's data.

Advertising scripts remain disabled until the advertising account is approved. If enabled, they load only after consent. Affiliate links are clearly identified and may send the click and attribution parameters to the partner; health treatments and medicines are never monetized.

Newsletter

The sign-up form collects your email address, selected language and evidence of consent. That evidence includes the form source, the version of the accepted wording and the request timestamp; double-opt-in confirmation is retained by the email service. The request is sent to Brevo only when the complete integration is enabled. The legal basis is consent. You can withdraw through the unsubscribe link in every email or by contacting us. The address is deleted on withdrawal or, at the latest, after three years without interaction.

Conversational advisor

The advisor sends nothing until you open the module and deliberately start the conversation. When you use it, your question, language, visited site and up to eight recent exchanges are sent to a secured RoboFutur function to produce the answer. Do not enter sensitive or confidential information.

The advisor first searches the network’s verified content. When the AI model is available, the messages required for the answer are sent to Anthropic’s commercial API. Anthropic states that API inputs and outputs are deleted from its backend within 30 days by default, except where different terms apply or longer retention is required by law or to enforce its usage policy. Its data-processing addendum, including Standard Contractual Clauses, is incorporated into its commercial terms. RoboFutur does not store conversation text in a profiling database or sell it; technical logs exclude message content. The legal basis is taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in providing and securing this optional service.

Contact, quote, price-alert, partner and RoboFutur Pro forms

Depending on the form, we may collect your name, email, phone number, organization, role, country, monitored model, requirement, schedule, quantity and indicative budget. We use it only to answer, qualify a project, handle a price-alert request, assess a partnership or manage the RoboFutur Pro launch list. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling requests you initiate; optional marketing communication relies on consent.

Data is not sold. It is not passed to a manufacturer, integrator or other partner without presenting that option and obtaining your explicit permission. Ordinary enquiries are deleted no later than twelve months after closure; contractual records follow applicable legal retention periods. An inactive launch-list entry is deleted no later than three years after the last interaction or when consent is withdrawn.

Recipients and international processing

Data is available only to the RoboFutur editorial team and necessary providers: Cloudflare for hosting and server-side processing, Brevo for message delivery and newsletters if enabled, Anthropic for advisor answers when the model is available, and Plausible or Google for audience measurement after consent. Processing outside the European Economic Area may occur under the providers' contractual safeguards.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where those rights apply, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and describe your request. You may also complain to the CNIL if you believe your rights have not been respected.
